Getting refunded

I signed up Monday, but my phone wont work where I live, so I've been trying to cancel.  They've charged my credit card,  but I can't get a hold of anyone to get refunded.

They absolutely refuse to refund my money.  They don't care that their service doesn’t work where I live.   They should be ashamed of themselves.  Falsely selling a product that doesnt work.  They should know where their service works and where it doesn’t, and then they should not be selling to and ripping people off, where it doesnt work.

One second.. the message you referred were just bot, not with agent

Submit a real ticket with real human agent, not bot

Is the meassage to an agent considered a ticket? I am confused with termonology here

@Tatiana4 it is just a service setup problem. Have you try open ticket and ask PM to help, and re-provision the account?

HEllo, I also want the refund. It is a very disapointing experience. TELUS store people told me they were not allowed to help with activation of the account. It turned out I was not technical enough to activate the app.

Thanks, I appreciate your response.   I've contacted and agent and they tell me they do not issue refunds, even if you cancel only a day and half later.  What a sad excuse for a company.

It is probably an easy fix from a CS_Agent. You can dm an agent for investigate the issue or for a refund.

@RoxaneLarrabee  Open a ticket using the orange chat bubble. Pm agent can assist in refund if system doesn’t work for you. Hope this helps
