How do I speak to a live agent? What number can I call besides*611?

That is one of many ways to keep costs down, usually get this request a dozen times a week or more, but as you can see when you searched it on community or on a search engine there are no numbers/emails to contact. With that said if you follow the steps laid out above, you will be speaking with a live agent via private message and it is usually in a timely fashion, just keep your eye on the envelope icon in the top right when waiting for a reply.

PM has no live support.

Most help is provided by customers like you in this forum.

Account and payment issues are handled by agent (PM staff) through personal mail..

 

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.
