How long does it take for customer service to reply to messages. Been since last night. Still nothing. Need esim as I deleted mine. If this is what I have to do to get help. Not happy with this.

I have been waiting for 2 days and getting no response whatsoever.  I submitted new tickets - still no response.  Terrible customer service.

For this issue, then you will need to wait for CSA help unfortunately.   CSA just started working again, so hopefully, a response in the next couple of hours.

If you deleted your eSIM, you can purchase another eSIM ($5) via your PM app.

Customer service agents don't work over night, so hopefully, you will get a response later this morning. 

Hours of operation: Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 10 PM EST

@vhicke  The few times I've needed them it's been within the hour but some have reported much longer.  Bear in mind their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.  But you should be able to fix this yourself by going in to your account and electing to buy a new esim.
