I need to speak with customer service.  I have questions to ask before signing up with public mobile and internet.

When I call them, I have to enter my public mobile phone number and I don't have one because I don't have an account with them yet.

Can anyone help?

The OP wouldn't have been able to call customer service with activation questions.  It's possible that a Telus store salesperson could answer a few short quetsions, but there's really only there to sell the SIM card.

@Wee1   PM does not have a phone to call for customer support.  The number you called likely was 1.855.4PUBLIC , which is a number to call for existing subscribers to manage accounts

And what question you have before activation?  We are customers here in this Community, maybe we can help

But if you rather to talk to Support agent directly, please open ticket by messaging them:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you
