It's not about public mobil good network ,when it's come to technical issues you got to fix right away .
I port my phone number from chater to public mobil on 15th November still in can't receive a phone call , only outgoing and data is working . I try so many things
Can anybody help me please

I have s7 but it's not about what phone you have. it's technical issues when they transfer to public mobil

I am in the same boat. I ported from chatr to public mobile three days ago and I have not heard from the moderators. I have pm message like four moderators and still no response.
I agree customer service is not very good. I know the moderators are busy but atleast read your pm messages so that I know you have read it and are doing something about it.
none of my pm messages have been read.
your data is working. my data is not working. I can only make calls. I cannot receive calls.
How did you make your data work? I have samsung s4. What phone do you have?

Is you chatr sim still working? Did you send private message to the mod?

@viji Did you try sending a private message to the moderators with your issue?
Other venues are facebook or twitter which have worked.
