I don't have internet since saturday night, I have used less than 50% of my plan, and the payments is not still due. Is there a number I can call directly to see what the problem is?

Like DK mentionned, did you verify that you have not set a "Data Limit" ?
Try to raise this limit or disable this setting.

and yes I rebooted it several times and verified my settings, everything was the same

Did you try to reboot your mobile ?
Did you verify that your "Mobile Data" are enabled ?
Did you join Public Mobile before January 27th, 2015?
If YES, you can call *611 from your mobile phone or from any landline by calling 1-855-478-2542.
After January 27th, 2015, customer service is now through the community or by email.
The procedure to send an email to Public Mobile is very easy.
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose options in regard of your questions
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
