Customer service agent!!!

I need to speak with a human. The chat is of no help whatsoever! It not only doesn't help me woth my issue it prompts me to log in to my account over and over. Please i am having a billing issue and need some way to get in contact with a real person! Does anyone know of a contact number?

@Yohanes   Customer service is all online, there's no number to call but if the chatbot isn't helping you can send a private message to customer support using this link and an agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods - if one doesn’t work, try the other.

1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
