is 3GB at 3G speed, 30 day plan with unlimited Canada Talk and International text.
Paying $35 monthly.
Not clear what 30 day plan means?
Looks like some of the black friday offers are much better. Any problems in switching ?

Most carriers renew and charge service on a monthly cycle but PM renew/charge ona 30 day cycle so you will be paying 12 times plus 5 days in a year (365 days).

First, the 30 day reference means that plans here last for 30 days - not a calendar month - so you’re paying every 30 days.
You should definitely switch to the $34 20GB 5G plan - it’s a much better plan for slightly less. There should be no problems switching - many people switch on a regular basis as new plans are offered. Just remember to choose the option to change on your next renewal - if you change immediately you’ll lose your prepaid amount for the rest of your current payment cycle.

@Divit52 I switched from a 3G plan to a 5G plan a few months ago with no problems. The 30 day thing just means that the plan renews every 30 days so there is a payment due each 30 days. Some of the plans are 90 days but with those you get all the data up front but pay for the 3 periods up front too.
