Service not active2nd time in 2 months that for some reason payment didnt go through and servicesuspended again.

 

I need this resolved immefiately so i can use my phone

Let's get the service back first.  Login to My Account and click Pay and Resume Services now or use this link to make payment after logged in:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK

I know you have the 50% off plan, if the page shows full amount without the 50%, I suggest you still pay it first and ask PM CS agent for a credit after.

To contact PM CS agent, please open ticket:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Ticket", click "Contact Us"  then choose a topic, click "Login", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
    (if unable to receive 2FA via SMS when login, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code")
     then choose "
Send email" or "Send Voice Message" to get 2FA via email or voicemail)
