Hi public mobilemy payment got declined from my card even my card have balance. So now if i try to pay the payment through app its shows me $40 something my original plan is $20 because i have a discount for 24months what to do? Please help asap

you were only need to use the chatbot link to open the ticket or use the message link as mentioned above

The system is set to apply the $20 discount when Autopay is processed without interruption. Since your payment was declined and need a manual payment, you will need to engage PM CS Agent for them to manually apply the $20 discount. Please open ticket with PM support:
