You haven't received a single $5 credit yet? It has been over 2 months, so if that is the case I would definitely connect with a CSA is your friend still a PM customer, did they get their one time 10 credit and their 5/month credit? Did you receive your $1/1 point for the referral? I am assuming no if you didn't receive your 5 credit. Confirm they are still with PM and then get aCSA to investigate so they can manually resolve this.

First, you have to check if the one you referred got his $10 one time in his account

 

If so, you can try to open ticket with PM CS agent and confirm:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
