Hello
I bought a SIM card today and I followed Instructions to complete the sign-up however when I reached step which asks for payment method I have tried 4 different mastercard credit cards and none of them went through.
Here is the message I’m seeing
Sorry, we are unable to verify your card at this time. Please ensure your card details are entered correctly and try again. If you continue to experience problems, contact your card provider for more information.
I did contact my card provider and they said that they are there not seeing any activity on the card meaning there were no charges attempted by public mobile.
Im stuck unable to activate my account and port my number.
Please Advise

I would just buy a voucher from recharge.com and use that.

@Deano, the activation portal can sometimes be a bit finicky. Try clearing the browser cache and repeating the steps. Some customers resort to using incognito mode. Sometimes switching browsers works well.
