Credit card overcharge

I recently checked my credit card statement and it's showing that public mobile has charged me for two payments on Aug 20th. Who do I consult to rectify this?

Please note that the overcharge will remain in your account as credit to pay your next month bill or contact a CS_Agent through Chat if you want a refund.

call your cred card issuer and just make sure that info is correct. If so, click the orange bubble on lower right side to start process of Customer Support.
