@CS_Agenthello, I've been trying to address an issue with my payment, and have been unable to submit a ticket due to a website error.
I have paid my account balance on Oct 30, but now it is saying service is interrupted because of a missed payment, which doesn't seem to be the case.
Anyway, I tried to pay to resume service, but that is erroring, too.
Please help!

Directly message an agent using the following link. They will be able to assist you with your payment issue.
Monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will get the notification.

I think you need to have PM agent to check for your last payment as well as check the address problem
