Hi,
I saw that there were some nice promotions at PM so I decided to switch my plan from another company, I did everything like choosing a plan, paid for it already, was trying to use eSIM as my previous one, typed in my previous phone number and IMEI, etc. However, at the very last step on the phone APP, it showed that 'subscription not activated' and asked me to get support, so here I am. Just wondering if there are any solutions to this problem?

just hung at the last step, but PM should have charged yiu, so you will need agent to help
