Hello. I am trying to replace my credit card and I believe I tried too many times (using incorrect methods) and locked myself out.
I tried 5-6 times and eventually landed on this (from @darlicious😞
But upon further reading have probably locked myself out (thus it is still not working). How can I unlock myself?
Thanks! 🙂

If you have tried 5 or 6 times with the same card then you likely have triggered the fraud lock and must contact the moderators to remove it. To make things easier just get them to add the new card for you. Once done make a payment to make sure the payment goes thru without a hitch and it won't cause an autopay failure.

Hello @alexrobin13 ,
Too many unsuccessful attempts are really a way to protect your credit card and PM security against fraudsters; although, yes, it can be a pain!
Hopefully, after the wait, you will be able to proceed as planned.
In the event you are still having issues, here are the methods to contact the Moderaters: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help/articles/contact-a-moderator

@alexrobin13 Just wait for several hours and then try again. The system will unlock you itself.

Try waiting an hour or two then try again.

Wait about one hour and try again with above suggestions.
If that does not work, you may need to contact moderator.
