Please log into your online account and once you're in, click on this direct link and then click on Manage Payment Method. It's that easy.

@Col42  You update the credit card in your account on website or app in the payment section manage payment method . If you tried to many times and no luck you may. Wed to wait full 24 hours and try again but first clear we browser cache  or app cache and try again incognito mode private mode . If your Ina. Hurry you can also buy Kayley vouchers from shoppers drug mart / 7-11 / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services right away if needed and worry about CC updating later

You can change either online or in app. Sign into My Account and go to Payment tab, then click Manage Subscription then click Manage Payment Method.

you can do so using My Account or the PM app

  On either, just go to Payment, then Manage Subscription and select Update card information
