Hello,
I was not able to port my second line from Koodo to Public Mobile. Everything I've tried didn't work. When I try to login into my PM account my password doesn't work. Please help me

Yes the first one was successful
Second when I tried to activate the number via PM app it says to contact PM support because I'm porting from Koodo. When I contact help support through the chat they ask me to log in again and I don't know why I'm not able to login

Hi there @Firpe
Please try to reset your password and then log in. If you have purchased a plan, get the Public Mobile app and then you should be able to transfer your number during activation. Hope this helped!
