@Gman48 what are you experiencing? Is it just certain apps, or are services not working?
Try removing your SIM card, then re-inserting it. Restart your phone.
Try you SIM card into another phone to see if the issue still happens in another phone.

If you think your account has been hacked. You can open a ticket for a CS_Agent to investigate into your account by SIMon Chatbot or private message them.

Public Mobile can't tell you if the phone's been hacked. That's phone software. What's acting funny?
