Hi all,
I have recently activated my plan on April 23rd. I forgot to pay for this month. I tried to log in to my account to pay online, but I could not login. I tried to reset my password too. Could anyone help me please? Thank you in advance

You can access your account by downloading the new PM app but you need to use your registered email address and password. It seem finicky so you might have to create a new password.
If you are still having problems with accessing your account then you need to submit a ticket on Start a Chat at the bottom of the page.

@Mypb05 Are you not able to login due to the 2FA code sent as a SMS text and you can't get it because you don't have service?
