@soykanyal When did you last make a payment to Public Mobile? What was the plan duration; 10, 30 or 90 days?
If you waited too long your account and phone number have been deleted and cannot be recovered.

What is your phone number ?
You said that Fido confirmed the account is inactive, but inactive and suspended it not the same thing.
I'd like to see what your case is exactly.
