Is it possible to add it in manually afterwards? There was already a promo but it wouldn't allow me to add a referral code as well.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent through the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent and explain but remember that the $10 credit will be applied into your account within 72 hours.
