My impression is that my concern has been ignored. I sent a private message since yesterday to Shazia_K regarding my phone plan which was scheduled to change on my renewal day and that didn't go through. Could I get help with that or do I need to buy help from someone?

@Charlius thanks for your patience, it sounds like @Shazia_K is assisting you now. Our poor friendly community moderators (Shazia, and @Mary_M) have had a ton on their plate since Public Mobile introduced their updated plans, as there has definitely been a spike in new interest and activations. I know they are working very hard (even working extended shifts in some cases) to try to ensure everyone is looked after as quickly as possible. I hope your issue is resolved shortly. Cheers.

Your plan renewed on the 30 days plan (Canada & US talk), you were saying that you want it to switch to another one? Can I know which plan exactly?
