you can easily download the bill yourself.  Simply login to My Account, go to Payment history (or use this direct link:https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history   ) and click on Download Invoice to the right of each payment.

However if you are unable to login My Account (maybe because you already ported out), then you will have to message support for help
