Thanks for the help, I figured out what email account was used and took off the automatic payments.

The $42 will include PST and GST so depending on the area code of your phone. PST will be different.

Is it possible to figure out which account is charging my credit card?
I can’t remember one of my accounts.
The weird thing is that none of my plans were for that amount.

Did you port out your number? Are you still PM's customer? Why did you wait months to bring that to our attention?
If you still have access to account, log in and remove autopay and uncheck credit card.
You can contact agent to delete CC from your account, too.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

@jessetspence PM is a prepaid provider and usually won't provider refund unless they charged by mistake
To stop the service and stop the payment, you have to take care of your account yourself by removing Pre-Authorized payments
Please login to My account, go to Payment page, click Manage Payment Method. There you will see the check mark for Pre-Authorized Payments, please click to disable it
