Please confirm if your My Account says Active status?

Or, when you call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to see what the status says.

@zulaikhamangal where your voucher from?  Vouchers from some places has a 24 hours wait time, you sure you have loaded the voucher successfully?

 

Can you login to My Account and check the account status?  Amd check if there is any amount sitting as Available Fund.   Maybe the fund was loaded but didn't use towards renewal?  Also check the payment history to see if it has a voucher loaded and  how the fund was used

@BKNS27- Who's confused? 🙂 Sims have 19 digits and vouchers have 12.

You are referring The a PM voucher made to make a monthly payment.

PM SIM have 14 digits.

You need to either dial 611 and enter the voucher number or login to your account and go to Payment section and enter the voucher number to make a payment.

This will activate your account to have service.

I purchased at convenience shop for $22.85. It wasn’t much of a card it was a paper with a 12 digit code

@zulaikhamangal  if it is a voucher, where did you get those "Pre-registered" card?  Did you get it from Amazon or eBay?  Did it say it comes with some credit ?  How much you paid?  If you got it online, can you post us the link?

Where did you purchase it?   Was it a corporate TELUS, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik location?

 

If it was 'online' NOT on this site, you may be out those funds.

What kind of 'pre registered' card did you buy? SIM? YOU have to activate it not somebody else.
