My 90-day cycle resets tomorrow (Jan 13, 2017) and I just wanted someone to confirm my plan will change to the 12GB data, unlimited text and provincial call, 90-day plan (for $120) that I signed up for during the promotion period a few months ago.
Also, for the future, is there a way to check exactly what my future plan will have? All I see at the moment is this:

@kkum I'm not sure it's something that can be checked beforehand. If there was a way to look at your account and see if it wasn't going to work, presumably they would be able to automatically go through the database and fix all of them. There's some sort of bug in the future dated plan system that sometimes (not very often, but often enough) just doesn't work.

Yea, they should add the feature to see the full plan you will be changing into. I saw multiple posts of people not receiving the 12gb plan even though they signed up for it during the promotional period which is why I wanted to know if there was a way to confirm/check that I'm registered for it beforehand so I don't have to contact support later.
