Hi I can't make a Conference Calling on my phone wich is strange since I changed my plan 100gb
Can yyou please check what is going on

this issue has been way too long, already 2 months.
But what have you done to test further? did you try the sim in another phone?
did you ask PM to refresh your account? please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

Changing your plan shouldn't cause a difference. Is there any type of error message when trying to make the second call or trying to merge the calls?
