Would it be possible that someone is using my number?   When you answer my phone it says that you won a prize from Walmart and to press "1"

How long have you had this number for? How long have you been with Public Mobile? And when did this start happening?

Call forwarding can only be set on your phone and people cannot set it remotely.  Soz if you can still make outgoing calls and use data, it wouldn't be a sim fraud issue

But for peace of mind, ask PM to check

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

It's not spam calls.  When you call my number it's an automated message about Walmart or a travel agency.  My phone doesn't ring anymore.  Someone is using my number or managed to forward the calls to another number.  I have no clue what do to.

hi @suzanneramsay

no worries about your account being comprised, these spam calls are common thing they try to trick people.  Just ignore those calls

and if you are talking about someone sees your phone number , no worries still.  This is call Caller ID spoofing, those scammers can use fake caller id to make people think the call is from a valid phone number, and those scammers really have no access to your phone number a all
