PM does not have roaming service in Italy (they only have roaming in US and Mexico)
No PM only have roaming in US and Mexico and not other countries
for Europe, you will need to use local data sim card or travel eSIM. Download VoIP app TextNow and you can make and receive calls and text using the app with Wifi or local data
