My hubby and I each have an account and for the past month or so the calls are constantly breaking and we can't talk to anyone. What is going on? A day here and there we won't have that problem but very few.
Everytime I change province like from Ontario to Quebec I cannot make or receive any phone calls. I've had that problem in the past and it was resolved but for some reason the problem came back;
My plan includes unlimited Canada wide minutes. Trying to make a call this morning only to be told I'm out of minutes and need to purchase more. Thank you
