I cannot login to community using my old user name and password. Why is this?

Have you set up with the everSafe login system before? In May 2023, Public mobile switch over to this system.

@Anonymous Sounds like the new ever safe log in had issues linking your old community ID , easy fix for support to get your old community ID back just contact them to get straightened out
