When i go in the community, i don’t see the envelope icon to be able to chat with an agent??

The envelope icon is not displayed on mobile devices, but it is on desktop / laptop devices between the bell icon and your Community avatar.

While logged in to the Community, click on this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-preferences:private-messe...
The private message option might be disabled. Turn on the private messenger.

you are using the web browser on the phone, click on your avatar on top right and you will see it from the expanded menu
