Hey I got an email 2 weeks ago that I was in the top 50%. Why didn't I get a reward ? My bill just renewed today.

Edit: oh...and verify that the email address here and in your account match...case and all.
I wouldn't really call it messy in the sense that this only affects whether the customer will receive a credit for that renewal. If a Community reward is added too late for recent renewal, it gets added to the account balance for a the following renewal. If another Community reward is given to that customer before the next renwal, the two reward amounts simply get added together.

It is on 14th May. MOD told me if this is still an issue, it could be system error and most likely they would apply it manually. Last month I was able to see it right away...
You might as well open another ticket as the information that you were given is incorrect. While rewards get converted to account balance during renewal, they have alreay been added to the rewards section of all accounts of Community reward earners.

Maybe screenshot your payment history page (omit personal information)
MOD just told me (as I cannot see Comm reward on my account for April) that Community reward will be added on next renewal date.
That is strange as my friend CAN see his reward on his account right away....

Congrats!

@Bear2 Good to hear. Maybe they fixed a case mismatch before you were able to check. 🙂 Hopefully it works straight away on your next community reward!

You're in the money, @Bear2 !!!!

Issue solved. talked to a MOD and was told I would be credited $1 and would be set to receive rewards

@Nezgar thanks for the advice. I looked and they are the same. So not my issue. Hope they are able to fix it and tell me why

I had this problem for a few months where I would be emailed about receiving the badge, but the reward would never automatically show up in the self-serve portal.
Turns out it was because my email address was entered in ALL@UPPER.CASE in the self-serve portal, and all@lower.case in the community forum. If the address doesn't match exacly (including case!) It won't automatically match up.
So double check your addresses match. You can change the address in your community account yourself, but you'll need the moderators to change your self-serve address.

@Anonymous yes I have sent a message to PM MOD. Waiting for a reply. I already verified

@Bear2- Are you sure that you community email address is the same as your self serve email address? That's the mechanism used to associate your community rewards with your account.

@JK8 wrote:The OP mentioned an email notification was sent regarding the reward. I have never received an email regarding community rewards. I just see it under the notifications in the community and then a text after renewal. Has anyone else been notified by email regarding the community reward?
Nope, I haven't @JK8
But then again, I have Community e-mail notifications completely turned off.
@Bear2 profile clearly shows the top 50%, so they clearly were eligible for the associated community reward from what it appears.
03-03-2021 08:45 PM
@JK8 everytime someone comments on a post or I earn a badge or a new rank I receive an email and notification
03-03-2021 08:44 PM
Well then @Bear2 , PM owes you $1.12.
Follow prior advice to submit to Moderators.
Maybe they'll round it up to a $5 credit as a gesture of goodwill for you having to take your time to request the correction. Can't hurt to nicely ask...
Good luck!!!

@HALIMACS nope not there. The only rewards it hows is the $2 off for autopay. So disappointing. Only been with PM for a few months and thought it would be smooth. Rececieved the email then no reward

To see the cumulative rewards, look under your My Rewards section, scroll down a bit, and see the value under "Helping Others". It'll show you can earn up to $20, below that number, you should see a $1 amount for your top 50%.
