So I have been trying to log into the community for weeks. but each time it would not recognize me and would want me to create an account. I have an account I had contact people that I could communicate with. Now it made me pick a new user name and now I have lost all my contact people and All my back up information to problems. So just wanting to know if this is an issue or is thier a way for me to get my account back? I am good with my PM account to see my usage and all that good stuff.

yeah chat bot did not work for me at all when I tried to creat a ticket it wanted me to still log in first. So I have sent a message to CS.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Thank you I will do that. I did the chat bot and tried to do a ticket but it wouldn't let me do a ticket until I could log in

To regain access to your old Community account, customer support agents need to be contacted.
Please open a ticket using the chatbot:

@Sherbert1 You can try tapping resend code a few times . You may get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help and get your old community ID back also
