According to the projected charges on my account it looks like there is a major price increase coming in 2021, is this true or have I misread the information. The word expired appears on my plan details, what is it that expired?

Till date public Mobile not changed any pricing for existing services.
if there is any increments they must communicate to all
cu before changing any pricing.
I am sure as per online information no pricing changes done.

Plans routinely "Expire" every 30 (or 90) days, until renewal.
I recall being similar alarmed the first time I saw it this on my account. Expired? Gone? I lost the promo, I have to start a new account all over again?
Maybe a less permanent-sounding adjective for plan status would be better. "Inactive" or "Pending Payment" or something.

@tincase, if you are looking at that on your Rewards page that is an error in the system and has been like that for months. Mine shows similar but am still being charged $120 every 90 days

Grandfathered 90 day plans frequently generate enquires here about prices showing up in Self Serve that are much higher than what you will really be charged.

Unless Public Mobile has made a statement to give notice, there is no upcoming price increase. The self serve showing incorrect plan prices is a well known issue.

The word expired shows in the descpription of the Fall Promo 2016 plan. It really means nothing. The description could say anything that Public Mobile wish for it to say. As for a price increase, nothing has been announced. Also, if Public Mobile were to give such notice of a price increase, it wouldn't just be stated as a "major" increase, but there would be specific information.

@tincase I think you are misreading or misunderstanding what is there. Post a pic of what tells you there is a big price increase coming in 2021. Make sure to remove any personal details.

@tincase, wherein the self-serve are you seeing this? What plan are you on?
Edited to add: Any price change would need to be posted on the plan page for 30 days before any change can go into effect.

Nothing to worry about. That is just a status when your account goes through the renewal process every 30 days.
