According to the projected charges on my account it looks like there is a major price increase coming in 2021, is this true or have I misread the information. The word expired appears on my plan details, what is it that expired?
So I set one of my kids accounts to change to a new plan but the account page shows account suspended even though the available funds are enough ThIs is for 647 *** **** is the changeover for this plan going to work.
