You can contact PM but you will probably haft to be the Executor for them to talk about the account to you. But won't hurt to try.

If the account has "Auto Pay " enabled just disable it. You obviously have the account telephone number but if you don't have the password or PIN number then I don't think CS agents can help you. In that case just stop payment on the credit card or bank account from where payments were being made.

@Rombel I'm sorry for your loss.
If you know the sign in information, you can sign into the account and turn the Subscribed button to off.
After 90 days of non payment the account will be closed.
Or if you don't know the sign in details, click on the link below and send a private message to public mobile. They will require some information from you to cancel the account.
