Hi,
I want to close my account and end services with PublicMobile. I have tried everything but it seems there’s a bug with my log in. I’m unable to reach « My account ». Hence, I’m unable to stop the payments.
Please help me. I’m very frustrated right now! My next move will be to end my credit card but it’s gonna be a lot of things to manage…

just ask PM support to remove your credit card for you
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Website is finicky. Try to clear cache first, incognito mode or a different web browser. Or try a different device or the PM app itself.

Please contact a CS Agent to help you get back into your account to close it. When you get back in, use this link and turn off autopay. (move subscribed toggle to the left)

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
