New customer.
I ordered a sim card through the website on Saturday, January 24th. The only email that was sent through Public Mobile that the order was processing. No email, even an update has been received.
Does Public Mobile send out emails regarding the status of the order and is there a tracking number once it's been shipped? There was no confirmation number in the email.

no they don't send message confirming shipment, neither are there tracking numbers. Be aware...it could take as much as 3 weeks for it to arrive via Canada Post. I'd suggest you look on Amazon to get the PM sim for $5 with fast shipping...free shipping if you or friend has a Prime account. Once you purchase it, the sim will usually arrive in 2 or 3 days...not weeks.
Once you do get the sim mailed, you can save it and gift it to a family or friend who wants to save $$ on cell service too.

Nope, sorry no tracking, no confirmation.
It generally takes up to 10 business days to be received.

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
