Yes! I Feel like a stupid now. If they take 3 days to transfer with this manual way I wonder what services they would provide!

You will need to open a ticket. I had the same issue. I ported over from Freedom to Public Mobile. Initially, I could make calls and send texts but could not receive them. It took about an hour for me to receive calls and texts. Two days is very long; you should open a ticket.
