Correct, only last 90 days are available through self-service.
Maybe agent has access to more but you would need to open a ticket...

login My Account, on the main page, click Usage Breakdown and you will see the usage for all add-on and your monthly data/minutes
if you used up minutes or data, just go to Subscription & Add-on and buy extra
