Hello,

 

The only way to reach you is through the chat, but the chat window is empty, totally white! That is not a good support.

@natalija Hello. Here are ways to reach Public Mobile Customer support. Message their Customer Service Agent Directly by using this link @CS_Agent or these methods. It can be frustrating, but they are quite helpful once you get in contact with them.

Go to the bottom of this Community page and click on SIMon Chatbot and type in Create a Ticket.

hi @natalija you meant chatbot or actual web chat support invited you on?  try Incognito mode or another browser
