I tried to order a physical SIM card to replace my current ESIM,
The process was unsuccessful and was told to contact CS agent.
I retried a couple of times and I noticed I was charged $79.10, 5 transactions, 2 for $22.60 and 3 for 11.30.
As suggested by forum, I submitted a ticket hoping to rectify the issue.
This definitely is a mistake and also a problem related to billing.
My feedback was very frustrating, online ordering, I have to pay for that no matter how that occurred and not willing to investigate if there were any issues arising from their end.
How could a charge like $22.60 appear even if I were ordering 1 physical card and that happened twice.
The 5 transactions all showed up consecutively and was told to contact CS.
Was told I ordered that and that ‘s it

hi @TP2000
don't order sim card from PM, it takes long to deliver
get a PM sim card from Tellus or Koodo or Mobile Klink in person, or order it cheaper from Amazon
