Charged wrong amount

i am being charged wrong amount.  How do I get a hold of support to have this corrected and the overcharges credited back to my account?

@Indemand 

can you provide a screen shot of the payment statement where you see the error ?

Log in on your laptop (using incognito mode)..then Payments / View Payment History...then do the screen shot.

@Indemand   PM usually wont charge wrong.  what amount did they charge you?   Remember all plan need to add tax on top. E.g, a $40 plan shows on your My Account will be charged $40 + tax on your credit card

 

Also, you might see 2 charges on the credit card, but one of the two will be just a pending charge and will be dropped off in couple days 

 

If you are certain PM charged you wrong, you can open ticket with them :

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
