Charged with wrong subscription

I set my subscription to change to a better plan (6 gigs data unlimited calling) at the end of my cycle bu when the time came to change I was charged with a higher more expensive plan. How do I correct this?

My error. Latest changes reflect my move from 1 month to 3 month payment schedule.  Everything is fine.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
