I set my subscription to change to a better plan (6 gigs data unlimited calling) at the end of my cycle bu when the time came to change I was charged with a higher more expensive plan. How do I correct this?
I have had the $25 3G plan for years but would like to upgrade to a 4G plan but there is no option in my account.Can I upgrade without losing my rewards?
