I tried paying for the bill but it was so darn difficult and wasn't going through and I really needed my phone to work so I had to change the plan. So it just happen that the old plan decided to charge it after I changed the plan
It was a very stressful situation

One can't really fault customers for the confusion about this. At point, there was a left side and right side and/or a minus sign to denote a payment applied to the plan price, but unknown reasons, the self serve systems aren't programmed properly any more to show those important aspects.

Are you reading your bill correctly? One is for the purchase of your monthly plan and the other one is the top-up to pay for your monthly bill…basic accounting terms.

Are the charges pending ? Same amount? same day?
Check your payment history? Do you see extra available funds in your account?
