Charged twice when purchasing 300 international minutes

Hi Public team - I purchased 300 international minutes as an add-on, but I was charged twice. Can this be refunded? I only need one bundle! Thanks!

did it show you bought the addon twice on the Payment history on My account?  If it is, ask PM support agent to help
