I got 3 lines from public mobile on Monday, was charged 6 times!! Any idea why? How do I get my money back?

Did you ever experienced any page errors or similar issues during activation of those 3 numbers?
You might be charged multiple times if you got an error during payment and then tried to pay again.
Get screenshots of your card ready, check your transactions on PM account and contact agent for refund. Do not dispute charges with your bank and do not ask for chargeback.

Log into self service on those accounts and see if the money is sitting in Available Funds. If yes, just leave it there and it will be used on future renewals.

@swusteve You probably tried to do your activation a few too many times.
To get help with that either use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent
